Every student who completes all three phases of FSL earns academic credits toward a degree with VIU. Your 18 months of formation does not just develop your character — it positions you for credentialed academic achievement at the same time.

Sunday Worship
Faithful participation in a local church community. Formation happens inside the Body, not apart from it.
Active Serving
Every student serves faithfully on a team within their local church. Serving is not a supplement to formation — it is formation.
Consistent Giving
Faithful financial giving is non-negotiable. Generosity reveals the condition of the heart more clearly than any assignment.
Weekly Formation Nights
Weekly 90-minute Formation Nights are the heartbeat of the school. Consistency is not optional.

Formation School of Leadership is designed to be accessible. The program fee reflects our commitment to building something worthy of your investment of time, presence, and trust over 18 months.
Formation Grants are available for students who need financial assistance. No eligible student will be turned away for lack of funds. Grant applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
